MOTÖRHEAD: Swedish Signing Session Announced
October 17, 2008MOTÖRHEAD will take part in a signing session at the brand new MediaMarkt Bäckebol store in Gothenburg, Sweden on December 10 prior to the band's concert at Lisebergshallen. The one-hour event will start at 17.30.

As previously reported, MOTÖRHEAD frontman Lemmy served as musical director for "Down And Dirty With Jim Norton", hosted by outrageous comedy star Jim Norton, which kicked off its four-edition run Friday, October 3 (12:00-12:30 a.m. ET/PT),exclusively on HBO. Taped at New Jersey's Bergen Performing Arts Center, the series spotlights new and established talent, including Artie Lange ("The Howard Stern Show"),Bill Burr (Chappelle's show),Patrice O'Neal ("Scary Movie 4") and the legendary Andrew Dice Clay.
"Motörizer", the new album from MOTÖRHEAD, sold a little more than 6,400 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 82 on The Billboard 200 chart. The follow-up to 2006's "Kiss of Death" was recorded in part (drums only) at FOO FIGHTERS frontman/ex-NIRVANA drummer Dave Grohl's Studio 606 in Northridge, California with producer Cameron Webb, who also worked on "Kiss of Death" and 2004's "Inferno".
